We provide a free 24x7 basic technical support service with all VPS, which is limited to Hardware issues, Network issues and anything relating to the host machine. All customers have access to SolusVM which allows them to remotley Reboot, OS Reload and set Reverse DNS records instantly, in addition to providing console access to VPS, should SSH become inaccesible for any reason.
